That idea of yours will never be a business unless...

You have an idea. It’s a great one. This is the next Uber, the next Amazon, or maybe just the next major Tucson tech company. You’ve had it for a while, worming around in the back of your head. Your friends think it’s brilliant, some even want to be a part of it. But, so far, you’ve done nothing with it. It sits there, waiting for someone else to launch it.

What is keeping you from launching?

How do you know if it will work? Where will the money come from? What should you charge? What will it cost to build? Is the market big enough? Does the market care? At Thryve Weekend, we’ll help you find the answers to these questions. Because, an idea untested, one that is never launched, dies quietly. An idea proven and launched has the ability to change the world.

Bring Your Big Idea!

It all starts with a great idea. You identified a problem. And saw a way to fix it! You bring the idea, we bring the support system to help you take it to market!

Experiment to Learn Fast

At Thryve, we have you move quickly! You may not realize it, but you're probably assuming a lot about your customers and their needs. You'll identify those assumptions and then test them like a scientist running an experiment. Experimenting first helps you avoid launching the wrong product to the wrong customer!

Find Your Network

Starting a business is hard and success isn't achieved alone. At Thryve Weekend, you'll meet other people just like you who are trying to build something great! We are also lining up amazing experienced and passionate mentors to work with you throughout the weekend. Your mentors will assist you as you move your idea through the Thryve process.

Who Should Attend?

You! Come solo or bring a full team! Thryve Weekend is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs and established business owners. You can launch a brand new startup or introduce a new product or service of an existing and established company!

Flying Solo?

That's great! While Thryve Weekend was designed with full teams in mind, everyone is welcome to participate. You don't even have to have your own idea. We will match you up with a team during the Co-Founder Speed Dating session. You must pay the full $125 fee even if you join a team throughout the weekend.

What's the Cost?

The cost is $125 for the first team member and $50 for each additional team member. The maximum number of team members is four (including the first team member). This is all-inclusive, providing you three full days of programming, breakfast and lunch each day, and a Startup Tucson t-shirt.
