Code for Tucson
Code for Tucson is a 24-hour long code competition inspired by the work of Code for America, Open Tucson, Startup Tucson and other passionate people and groups who seek to make a positive impact in their local community.

Maketopolis forges a space in the Tucson community that allows artisans–young and old alike–families, friends and admirers to celebrate the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) spirit of the maker movement.

CoLab is an Innovation CoLaboratory located inside the Pioneer Building in Downtown Tucson, and an initiative of Startup Tucson.
Thryve is a social impact incubator providing entrepreneurs the tools to take their innovations from idea to impact.
Phase 4: INVEST
Join investors, entrepreneurs, and students at Tucson's premier networking, business integration, and knowledge sharing event.
MonsoonFund is a localized crowd-funding platform that allows Tucson entrepreneurs to be seen and receive investment.
SBIR/STTR Tech House
Tech Launch Arizona has created the Tech House Program to connect faculty with the surrounding community, commercialize ground-breaking technologies developed both in and out of the University and increase economic prosperity to the region. A main focus of this program is bringing together resources to increase the amount of non-dilutive capital to the region through programs such as the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and the Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs, which in turn, lead to other non-dilutive funding opportunities.
Phase 4: IMPACT
Tucson Job Crawl
The job crawl is a way of helping startup companies of all sizes find young talent. The group is looking for students, graduates and anybody looking for a summer internship or employment.
Startup Shark Tank
On Sunday night Startup Weekend is taking over The Rialto Theater for Startup Shark Tank in partnership with Connect Coworking!
We are moving all of the people, ideas, energy and fun a few blocks over near “5C” as we host the final Demos and Judging for Startup Weekend 2014 at The Rialto Theater.
There the teams formed during Startup Weekend will pitch their ideas to the audience and a panel of judges for feedback, prizes and bragging rights.
Thryve Demo Days
After the social impact incubator Thryve is complete, each team will go through the Thryve Demo Day to pitch their venture.
